Project Engineer / Manager

Job Qualification :

• A licensed civil or electrical engineer with at least three (3) years of relevant experience is preferred.
• willing to be assigned to project sites
• With experience in the construction of electrical substations and transmission lines, preferred.

The project engineer's key tasks will be as follows:

• Responsible for project coordination, strategy planning, master scope management, budget finance, subcontracting, project personnel, environmental compliance, facility support, and achievement.
• Manage the whole project from the beginning to the end. This includes siting, getting environmental permits, planning, estimating, engineering, getting the right-of-way, project controls, bid phase services, procurement, constructability reviews, material management, and construction management.
• Create and maintain project timetables, manage project scope, and keep project costs under control.
